The FDA has recently stated that US citizens have no inherient right to access any particular food for themselves or their children. Of course, they do not have the authority to decide what rights we do and do not have. Even if I could take their job of 'making food safe' seriously, it is a long way from regulating clean food processing facilities and the like to dictating what food we can - and cannot -have access to.
